📜 TERMS OF SERVICEPlease read before commissioning. These terms help ensure a smooth and fair process for both of us.✧ PAYMENTAll payments are made via PayPal (USD) through invoice.Full payment is required before work begins.Alternatively, you may choose:
• 50% upfront
• 50% after sketch approval


✧ REFERENCES & REQUESTSPlease provide clear character references and any description you’d like.For video game characters, the following is sufficient:
• front view
• 3/4 view
• side viewIf you have a specific pose in mind, please include:• a reference image, OR
• a simple sketch/doodle


✧ PROCESS & REVISIONSWork begins after payment is received.Each commission includes:
• one (1) free revision during the sketch stageAdditional revisions:
• $10 USD eachMajor changes after the sketch stage may incur additional fees.

✧ TURNAROUND TIMEEstimated turnaround time is ~2 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.You will receive a more accurate estimate upon commissioning.I will keep you updated if any delays occur.
A Trello board may be used to track progress.


✧ PRICINGFinal price may vary depending on:
• character complexity
• detailed designs (e.g. armor)
• background complexity

✧ REFUNDSRefunds are not available once the artwork is completed.Refunds may be considered if:• the commission is still in the sketch stage, or
• there is a significant delay beyond the agreed timeframe✧ USAGE & COPYRIGHTAll commissions are for
personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.I retain full copyright of all artwork.I may display commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media.You may NOT:• redistribute
• reproduce
• sell or profit from the artworkCommercial use is available upon request and will incur additional fees.


✧ POSTING & PRIVACYCompleted artwork may be posted with a watermark.If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me beforehand.


✧ ARTIST RIGHTSI reserve the right to:• decline any commission
• determine whether a request fits my style and skillI do not replicate other artists’ styles.


✧ CONTENT GUIDELINESI WILL DRAW:• OCs, NPCs, fanart
• SFW couples
• humans, fantasy races, creatures, animals, anthro
• mecha/robots, armour (price may vary)
• mild action scenes
• semi-realismI WILL NOT DRAW:
• NSFW
• gore
• hateful or offensive contentIf you're unsure, feel free to ask!
